REVIT / Project Manager
Entry to Senior Level

We are looking for an entry and senior level Project Manager for a multi-year ProjectWise assignment. Project will be 3-year-long with a possible renewal after the first 3 years. Project Manager should have experience in scheduling and completing projects on time. Experience in REVIT and ProjectWise is also required.

Responsibilities include
• Planning and tracking various stages in the project’s lifecycle according to the high standards of the company.
• Scheduling the completion of the various stages.
• Setting up the project in ProjectWise.
• Managing the project and its members.
• Supporting other members of the team.
• Troubleshooting technical problems that may arise.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Must be capable of catching your own mistakes and not delivering schedules, reports or documents of any type with errors.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.

Requirements
• Experience in REVIT and ProjectWise.
• Experience in BIM.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in Autodesk applications.
• Proficiency in 3D design is a plus.
• Proficient in business computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Great communication skills – must be able to drive both internal and external communication to meet all project expectations.
• Flexible and quality focused.
• Must be able to effectively manage time and a variety of responsibilities.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices of Project Management.

Job Description
Environmental Graphic Designer candidate should be highly creative with strong analytical and communication skills, and extensive knowledge of two & three-dimensional design, materials, and fabricator processes.

Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting successful project delivery for all phases of Environmental Graphic Design including:

- Concept
- Design Development
- Design Intent
- Final Implementation

Requirements
Candidate with Architectural or related background with a strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture and Revit Architecture, 3D modeling experience and BIM to support our growing clientele. The position requires strong technical, communication and time management skills. The candidate must have 3-5 years experience in architecture or a related industry. Passion for architecture and latest BIM technology - particularly Revit - are a must.

- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Environmental Graphics and Wayfinding
- Must have knowledge of EGD practices and basic fabrication methods
- Needs to be proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Microdesk
- 3D modeling experience would be beneficial
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to work independently on some aspects of the project, along with an ability to work as part of a team
